The project is located at Czereśniowa Street in Warsaw-Włochy close to Cietrzewia Park. Investor expectations and narrow plot, in practice almost two plots of land, on which PZP has imposed to maintain 60% of biologically active area, caused the creation of two segments in a single-family residential resembling ribbon development. The architecture of the building is characterized by simplicity and moderation. The neighborhood of old gardens meant that the building was heavily glazed. Wooden pergolas with a glass are stretched above the horizontal terraces and the top floor is to be covered with a green roof. The facades were finished with brick and the entry zone has been designed in a wooden lining providing a high standard of the whole.
